MPZ Bijan LLP plans to produce up to 20 tons of products in 1 shift in the industrial zone of Almaty

The plant produces sausage products, meat delicacies and semi-finished products. Its construction was made possible thanks to preferential financing under the state program “Economy of simple things”.

Funds in the amount of about 2.5 billion tenge for the expansion of production and the purchase of European-made equipment were allocated at 6% for 10 years.

The plant has been under construction for 2.5 years, and today 250 jobs have been created. So far, one-third of the plant’s design capacity is produced here, but the range of sausage products is gradually increasing, and a frying Cabinet has recently been put into operation to produce a new range of delicacies. It is planned to produce 15 tons of sausage products and 5 tons of semi-finished products in 1 shift.

The new plant in the industrial zone of Almaty was built as part of the import substitution program in the country, it produces high-quality products with added value. The plant uses modern technologies, new equipment makes it easier for employees to work, and all processes are automated, said the plant’s Director, Khadisha Bijan.

The total area of the plant is about 10 thousand square meters. Products of MPZ Bijan LLP are delivered to all major cities of Kazakhstan, and also has a network of branded stores in Almaty, Nur-Sultan and Kokshetau. The company has a full-cycle production: in Kokshetau there is a feed base for 5 thousand heads, a slaughterhouse, as well as the production of sausage products, semi-finished products and canned meat according to the Halal standard.
